In Partnership With
Empowering the Present: The Collective Impact Cohort
At this pivotal moment for gender equity and visibility in the sports industry, The Collective®, in partnership with Women Leaders in Sports, is proud to introduce the 2025–2026 Collective Impact Cohort, a powerful evolution of The Collective’s women’s leadership initiative.
This newly reimagined program builds upon the legacy of the Futures Cohort, expanding its reach and ambition to unite 25 of the sports industry’s most accomplished women leaders. The partnership officially kicks off at the 2025 Women Leaders in Sports National Convention in Kansas City and continues throughout the year with shared programming, leadership development, and community engagement designed to advance women at every level of the industry.
Through a competitive nomination process, five new members were selected to join the original 20-woman inaugural class, reflecting the continued momentum of women driving meaningful change across the global sports ecosystem.
As the industry continues to evolve, the need for diverse, representative leadership has never been greater. The Collective Impact Cohort meets this moment by offering participants a transformative blend of professional development, strategic connection, and shared purpose. More than a program, it is a movement — ensuring that women are not only present but leading, shaping, and redefining the future of sports.
